Today in Santa Clara, California, Teleperformance opened our latest bold step into the future – the Teleperformance Innovation Experience Center (TIEC).
The TIEC is a state-of-the-art showroom in the heart of Silicon Valley where visitors can experience the future of high-tech, high-touch customer management. Providing a window into the world of Teleperformance, The center brings the global infrastructure of our company, including our transformative digital capabilities, to life.
The aim is to help brands really understand how customer interactions are emerging and how they can experience new ways to deliver service faster, safer, and better to their customers.
Teleperformance has always had one eye on the future. We have won many awards for our ability to both innovate and deliver reliably for our clients in the present day environment. You can find blogs online from our global team exploring their thoughts on the future of the customer experience going back a decade. Our team has been exploring and delivering new ideas in customer experience for many years.
But customer experience is now a catalyst for innovation across the wider technology industry. Look at the practical industry applications for technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Big Data, Predictive Analytics, or Robotic Process Automation. All these ideas emerged from the technology sector and yet the most important case studies where these developments are in use are in customer experience.
