The Road Ahead For Innovation: The TIEC Is Now Open | USA

Today in Santa Clara, California, Teleperformance opened our latest bold step into the future – the Teleperformance Innovation Experience Center (TIEC).

The TIEC is a state-of-the-art showroom in the heart of Silicon Valley where visitors can experience the future of high-tech, high-touch customer management. Providing a window into the world of Teleperformance, The center brings the global infrastructure of our company, including our transformative digital capabilities, to life.

The aim is to help brands really understand how customer interactions are emerging and how they can experience new ways to deliver service faster, safer, and better to their customers.

Teleperformance has always had one eye on the future. We have won many awards for our ability to both innovate and deliver reliably for our clients in the present day environment. You can find blogs online from our global team exploring their thoughts on the future of the customer experience going back a decade. Our team has been exploring and delivering new ideas in customer experience for many years.

But customer experience is now a catalyst for innovation across the wider technology industry. Look at the practical industry applications for technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Big Data, Predictive Analytics, or Robotic Process Automation. All these ideas emerged from the technology sector and yet the most important case studies where these developments are in use are in customer experience.

At Teleperformance our own business has evolved because of this. Managing the customer journey today involves expertise in applying these emerging technologies to the customer journey. The modern contact center uses these technologies to engage customers over a lifetime of interactions. We need to demonstrate to our own clients how innovation can redefine their relationship with their customers.

At the opening ceremony for the TIEC today our Chairman and Group CEO Daniel Julien said: “As a trusted partner to many of world’s largest tech companies and high-growth startups, we are thrilled to have a physical presence in Silicon Valley. It was a logical location for Teleperformance, not just because it is synonymous with technology and innovation, but because tech companies are early adopters and they are held to a very high standard of service by their customers. Being geographically closer allows us to be more integrated in helping these companies find the best, and new, ways to make their customer experiences simpler, faster and safer — all while continuing to provide them with a vast network of people globally who add the critical element of empathy into the process.”

That’s our message today from Silicon Valley. The TIEC is now open for business. Innovation is truly redefining how brands engage with their customers today so this will be an important first step on a path to the future.
