Tiffany Miller has over 17 years of successful experience with Teleperformance in Operations and Client Services and is currently leveraging her proven skills in a business development role. Tiffany started with Teleperformance as an agent in 2001 and over the years has helped launched multiple programs as a supervisor and contact center manager (CCM). The skillsets gained from her time in both Client Services and Operations has given her a unique insight into client needs and real-world execution. Most recently, Tiffany served as the CCM for Teleperformance’s contact center in Ogden, Utah, for the past 6 years and is extremely engaged with all aspects of her business. In her role as CCM, she was awarded the 2013 Teleperformance Passion Award and had a key role in helping Teleperformance USA win the Supplier Diversity Crystal Award with one of Teleperformance’s largest clients for the fifth year in a row in 2017. Currently, in her business development role, Tiffany is a trusted advisor and provides the best solutions for clients and develops strategic plans to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
