Andrew has 28 years of call center BPO industry experience, including management of credit and collections, customer care, and customer acquisition functions. His utility BPO specialties include performance optimization, technology conversion and adoption, regulated process flow design, customer satisfaction measurements, financial cost improvements, deregulated utility brand loyalty, and customer retention. He has vast experience in providing utilities guidance on dealing with regulated BPO strategies and has been called upon to testify on behalf of utility BPO clients and their state regulatory bodies. Andrew graduated from the University of Toronto and is an accredited Six Sigma Black Belt.
